1. What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Northumberland, UK, and cover the surrounding areas. Travel outside this area may include a small additional delivery charge, confirmed at the time of booking.

2. How do I book?
To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit and a refundable security deposit. Your date will be confirmed once your non-refundable deposit is received.

3. When do I pay the balance?
The remaining balance (plus any travel costs, if applicable) must be paid before or on the day of delivery.

4. What happens if it rains or is windy?
Our tents are waterproof, so light rain is fine!
However, for safety reasons, if winds exceed 27mph, we’ll need to reschedule your hire to another available date. Refunds aren’t given for weather, but we’ll always do our best to rearrange your event.

5. Can I hire the tent overnight?
Yes! Overnight hire is available at an additional cost.
If hiring overnight, the tent must stay inflated throughout the night with all equipment safely inside.
If you prefer to deflate the tent, all equipment must be removed and stored securely indoors before turning it off.
You’re responsible for the tent and equipment for the full duration of the hire.

6. Do you provide decorations or extras?
Yes! We can arrange balloon displays and event styling through our trusted third-party balloon partner (available at an additional cost).
We also offer Red Carpet Hire to give your event that VIP touch. Just let us know what you’d like when booking.

7. Are there any rules during hire?
Yes, for everyone’s safety:
• No smoking, fires, or naked flames near the tent or equipment.
• Alcohol is allowed at your own risk — we don’t sell or supply alcohol.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

8. What happens if equipment gets damaged?
Any damage, loss, or excessive mess will result in the loss of your refundable deposit.
If repairs or replacements cost more than the deposit, the customer will be responsible for the remaining amount.

9. Do you have insurance?
Yes — The Dancing Den holds both Public Liability Insurance and Business Insurance.
Please note that this does not cover misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

10. Can I move or adjust the tent once it’s set up?
No — for safety and insurance reasons, the tent and equipment must not be moved or altered once installed by The Dancing Den team.

11. How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes around 45–60 minutes, depending on the size of your booking and access to the site. We’ll confirm your setup and collection times when you book.

12. Do you offer corporate or business hire?
Yes! We provide inflatable tent hire for corporate events, staff parties, product launches, and community events. Get in touch to discuss custom packages.
